Our kitchen bridges two worlds. We take the slow-living ethos of the Mediterranean—the respect for ingredients, the communal joy of sharing—and anchor it in the lush, fertile valley of Northern Thailand.
It is a dialogue between the olive groves of the Aegean and the misty mountains of Pai. Cold-pressed oils meet mountain salt; sourdough bread is infused with local herbs; and the catch of the day is prepared with a simplicity that honors both traditions.
